Confidence in employment and safety practices
We pride ourselves, not only in the way we treat our clients but also in the way we look after our valuable employees. As such we are backed by a leading legal assistance body to ensure we meet the numerous intricacies of employment law and thus are a fair and sought after employer. We also take the safety of our cleaning operatives and management teams very seriously. We are therefore proud to not only be a ‘safeContractor’ accredited cleaning company but also have two fully qualified British Safety Council level 2 certified risk assessors.
Internal and client backed monitoring procedures
Our teams of mobile supervisors and site managers regularly visit our cleaning operatives to ensure quality cleaning standards are maintained. Additionally they carry out ‘unannounced’ visits wherein they score our cleaning operatives work on our internal SPS (Site Performance Score) sheets. Discipline is given where required but more importantly excellent work is rewarded. For our larger clients we agree specific ‘Key Performance Indicator’ scoring sheets where, in partnership with our clients, we regularly monitor standards and, where applicable, cash bonuses are given for exceptional work. For our clients that want an independently monitored service to verify the times of arrival and departure of our cleaning teams we offer a free attendance monitoring service.
