KPI’s – another monitoring process ensuring excellent cleaning standards consistently
Here at Pamper Cleaning we recognise that some of our clients like to be involved in quality checking and as such we are happy to work along with our clients in developing monitoring strategies that best suit their environment and personal needs. KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) is just one such strategy we use with one of our larger nationally contracts.
How KPI works
Working along with our clients and their personal cleaning specification which we have created for their needs we set out a template on how to best measure cleaning standards in line with the agreed contract. A matrix is then created allowing each section or area of cleaning, management and ad hoc works to be weighted accordingly thus enabling all areas of our service to be measured and scored. Clients may then like to link a bonus/discount chargeable rate to be applied to the scoring matrix on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
