Regular internal quality checks ensure consistent cleaning standards
At Pamper Cleaning we have an excellent team of senior supervisors and managers that regularly carry out on-site checks to ensure cleaning standards are always kept to a very high standard.
When checking quality standards our management teams use our, specially designed ‘Site Performance Score sheets (SPS’s). These allow our auditing and quality control teams to monitor each site and each cleaning operatives performance.
This enables us to reward our hard working cleaning operatives with bonuses and incentives as well as better enable us to give encouragement and discipline if required.
