‘Handy-man’ services

Our extremely popular ‘handy-man’ service helps facility managers with general maintenance, every-day problems around the working environment such as faulty door closures, broken kitchen cabinets, loose door handles, picture hanging, blocked toilets, dishwasher service cleans and blocked toilets. Our call out rates are extremely reasonable (starting at £45+vat) while our standard hourly rates are well below so called ‘specialist’ ‘fix-it’ companies. Our clients often find that our handy-man services are an invaluable tool in helping them maintain their working environment.

Painting and Decorating

Our specialist teams of painting and decorators help our cleaning contract clients with general ‘touch-up’ and re-painting around their working environment. We have helped clients with redecoration after flood damage and repairing general wear and tear. Our fully insured team of painters and decorators help our clients to keep maintenance costs low and their working environment consistently smart and fresh looking.

Plumbers and Electricians

For a number of years now we have also been offering our clients professional plumbing and electrical services. Our plumbers can help with the more serious leaks and blockages that cannot be dealt with by our handy-man teams. The can also assist with kitchen appliance installations and removal (such as dishwashers, macerators and hot water heaters). Our electrical team can assist with everything from annual PAT testing compliance to re-wiring of electrical sockets and lighting. Both services are provided to our contract cleaning clients by completely qualified, fully trained professionals.
