A vision that gets stronger by the day
Founded in 1989 by our current MD Terry Allen, Pamper Cleaning Services Limited has seen steady growth from its small beginnings supplying cleaning services to public house into a UK wide provider of contract cleaning, specialist deep clean services such as carpet , hard surface and upholstery cleaning and also many other facility services.
With over 25 years of cleaning experience previously behind him Terry’s vision was to set up his own cleaning company that would be different from the rest in its personal approach to meeting individual clients needs and its rapid response.
The name Pamper Cleaning seemed fitting for his vision, a vision that gets stronger by the day!
Family values at its core
As Pamper Cleaning Services grew Terry was determined to maintain a ‘family atmosphere’ which was greatly aided by his employing family members and close friends for managerial and administrative roles. This ethos set the foundations for the company’s strong ethics regarding trust, loyalty and dependability which has continued to this day.
Having such staff at management level ensures that management have a vested interest in maintaining excellent business relationships with our clients.
Much more than just a cleaning company
Over the years Pamper Cleaning Services has carried various advertising slogans such as “Pamper Cleaning – Experience the difference” ; “Excellence as Standard” and “Large enough to cope, small enough to care”. All of these slogans emphasised qualities we feel make us different from other cleaning companies.
Our latest slogan “Pamper Cleaning, much more than just a cleaning company” highlights the fact that the company has expanded its services into one that potentially becomes a ‘one stop shop’ for facility managers, helping them with their ever more demanding roles within thier business environment.
